Sample NSVS data file ready to load into VSTAR

Hi, I have discovered a new variable star but I have to graph a phase plot with nsvs data (to load it into VSX). Could somebody share a valid NSVS data file ready to load into VSTAR just to check the format?

I guess VSTAR will convert dates from MJD to HJD. That's right?

There is a NSVS observation source plugin for VStar:

http://www.aavso.org/vstar-plugin-library#nsvs

and in that section of the page, a PDF user manual, created by a participant of the first VStar CHOICE course.
