I seem to be able to download articles from Vol 43, No 2 just fine right now, so it would be helpful to have more details about where the process is breaking down for you.
To start with, when you log on to the website and visit this page: https://www.aavso.org/apps/jaavso/ then click on the "Most Recent Volume" link on the right side of the page, do you see the list of articles in Vol 43 No 2?
OK, it is working today. It allows me to print pdfs. Yesterday it showed all the articles titles, but no way to see the article text. Instead there was a message that I should join the AAVSO, but when I clicked on the link it said I was already logged in. It did not show a link to a pdf file.
