Bug in PC Version?

When I tested the my Bulletin program on some PC laptops at the library today, the current estimated magnitude range feature did not work. Has anyone else had the same experience? I'm looking into it. The Mac version seems to work fine.

Uploaded a revised version at this morning (3/12/13). Bug has been fixed. It was all because the PC version doesn't "understand" a less than or equal sign, but rather insists on <=.

Added feature

My Bulletin program now tells you when a variable was last updated by the Sequence Team.  Use it to make sure you are using an up-to-date chart.  It is still available for download at www.tombretl.com.
