Photometry and spectroscopy of more symbiotic candidates requested

Abstract:

Mx. Adrian Lucy and Dr. Jeno Sokoloski (Columbia University) request AAVSO observations in support of a continuing search for new symbiotic stars. They have added new targets and revised observational specifications, looking for flickering above 0.1 mag in photometry and optical emission lines and cool giant absorption bands in spectroscopy.

Justification:

To find new symbiotic stars by detecting mass transfer through flickering in photometry and identifying optical emission lines and absorption bands in spectroscopy.
